Call of Dragons is a strategy game set in a vast fantasy world where players command armies and powerful creatures in large-scale warfare. A core aspect of the game involves capturing and training ferocious beasts, known as War Pets, to fight alongside your forces. You can explore a 3.88 million square kilometer map, utilizing the terrain to your strategic advantage and leading your legions to victory.
War Pet System
Players can subdue various War Pets, such as Bears, Lizards, Rocs, and Faedrakes, by purifying them to bring them under command. Once captured, these creatures can be deployed alongside your existing fantasy armies. Training War Pets involves interacting with them to increase their Affection Level, feeding them, regenerating them, and allowing them to inherit new Skills, transforming them into formidable allies in combat.
Behemoth Encounters and Deployment
The land of Tamaris is home to gigantic ancient beasts called Behemoths, including Hydras, Thunder Rocs, and Dragons. Players can team up with allies to challenge and defeat these massive creatures. After taming a Behemoth, it can be trained and then summoned during combat to turn the tide of battle against enemies.
Strategic Battlefield Engagements
The game features truly 3D terrain, allowing for diverse strategic approaches. Players can command flying legions to traverse mountains and rivers, opening up new tactical possibilities. Combat involves unleashing powerful skills to lead allies, contributing to the dynamics of huge-scale fantasy warfare.
Unit Recovery
A notable aspect of managing your forces is that wounded units can be healed automatically without consuming any in-game resources. This allows players to engage in frequent battles and challenges without concern for depleting their stockpiles, encouraging continuous engagement on the battlefield.
